Hear from Chris Kirschner and how he got to where he is in the sports field.

Chris Kirschner knew from when he was about 8 years old that he wanted to work in sports, not
sure how or where but he knew that was where he wanted to start. The love came from his
childhood of going to Yankee games with his dad every chance he could. Excitement became his
moral compass and from there he started focusing more on his craft of writing and sports.
Throughout the process, Kirschner continues to remain passionate as he did from day one.
Currently, Kirschner is a writer for The Athletic Atlanta and covers the Hawks, as well as,
freelance video editing with NBA TV.

[Thank you to Chris for sitting down and chatting with me, it was an absolute pleasure getting to
understand your perspective. Continue to fuel your passion. – Kate Norum]
