Listen to Matt Hamilton’s journey and hear the process he took to get to where he is now.
Matt Hamilton is currently a producer for Good Morning Football on NFL Network and has been since 2016, starting out as a researcher which eventually turned into producing. The journey for Matt has been a rollercoaster, but has given him immense opportunities to show others his own strengths in this field. Initially wanting to be a football coach as well as a teacher, the last thing on his mind was to risk it all and jump into a new arena with production. Breaking barriers from student coaching at Mizzou, to being a high school QB coach which in turn brought him to scout for the Detroit Lions and head into the research and production world of NFL Films and now for Good Morning Football on NFL Network. No matter what happens, as Matt said “be open to the path going in a bunch of different directions.” The beauty in it all is to live life without the worry of what happens but to enjoy any and all opportunities that come along.

Feel free to give Matt a follow on Twitter : @MattHamilton25 or Connect with him on LinkedIn

(I appreciate Matt for taking time to speak with me on his journey in this field and to give people like myself motivation to keep going in this competitive industry. – Kate Norum)
